Marlin and Dorado Fishing Action

The June 2 charter brought together seven guests aboard the Blue Sky for a morning dedicated to offshore fishing. With six hours scheduled on the water, Captain Luis and the crew managed a trip that produced two marlin and two dorado.

The two marlin represented an important part of the day's catch. These powerful billfish are among the most sought-after species in Cabo San Lucas, known for their strength, speed, and challenging fights.

The addition of two dorado brought variety to the fishing results. Dorado are prized for their vivid coloration and energetic behavior, making them a popular target for anglers exploring the Pacific waters around Cabo.

A dredge was included in the charter's fishing equipment, supporting the offshore fishing setup throughout the morning.

Fishing Conditions and Charter Highlights

The six-hour charter ran from 6:00 AM until noon, providing a full morning on the water. The combination of marlin and dorado demonstrated the variety of offshore species available around Cabo San Lucas in early June. With four fish recorded across two species, the Blue Sky completed a productive outing for Sheila and her six fellow guests.
