A Six-Guest Cabo Fishing Charter Features a Sailfish Catch

On June 30, Steve, Riley, Benjamin, Connor, Brian, and Graham joined Captain Oscar aboard the 35-foot Riviera Blue Water for a private fishing excursion.

The six guests had reserved a morning charter to explore the sportfishing waters surrounding Cabo San Lucas.

Their confirmed catch consisted of one Sailfish, a distinctive offshore billfish recognized for its prominent sail-like dorsal fin, elongated bill, and streamlined body.

The Sailfish became the central result of the group's outing, representing the only species recorded for the June 30 charter.

An Early Return Shortens This Cabo Morning Fishing Charter

The excursion was originally scheduled for six hours, departing at 6:00 AM with a planned return at noon.

However, the vessel returned earlier than intended because of a scheduling error. A partial refund was subsequently issued to account for the shortened experience.

Despite the early return, the fishing record documented one Sailfish caught during the trip.

For Steve, Riley, Benjamin, Connor, Brian, and Graham, the outing provided a shared Cabo fishing experience with a confirmed billfish catch aboard the Blue Water.

Final Catch: 1 Sailfish

Total Fish: 1
