Preliminary Earthquake Parameters Magnitude - 4.4 TIME - 0304 AKDT MAR 16 2010 0404 PDT MAR 16 2010 1104 UTC MAR 16 2010 LOCATION - 34.0 NORTH 118.1 WEST 90 MILES/145 KM SW OF BARSTOW CALIFORNIA 10 MILES/16 KM SE OF LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA DEPTH - 5 MILES/8 KM The location and magnitude are based on preliminary information. Further information will be issued by the United States Geological Survey - Earthquake.USGS.GOV - or the Appropriate Regional Seismic Network.
