The Pacific Islander headed out last night to the outer Islands on a Halibut special. 5 Halibut were caught for 8 anglers. Captain Paul Munowitch LOVES Halibut and wanted to give it a try as he has caught a few BIG ones on his last few trips. The fishing conditions weren't very good at Santa Rosa so he worked his way down the north side of Santa Cruz Island. The weather was super nice! Here are some pictures.
We are planning another Halibut special on Wednesday, May 25th (leaves Tuesday night).
Tight lines and happy fishing!
