Captain Steve Virture says - "Sunday was the best fishing he's seen in a long time" Fishing San Miguel Island - Limits of Ling cod, Rock fish, 1/2 limits of White Fish, huge Sheephead!
Departing Thursday night at 10pm - the Pacific Islander will be heading to either San Miguel or San Nicolas Island (weather permitting) fishing Friday. These islands are known for their production of quality fish!

The Pacific Islander participated in the first annual Project Healing Waters Charity event. Lings and nice Reds! Thank you SO much to Mike & Barb Elder for putting this together and making it happen! Lots of great raffle prizes, too! It was wonderful and heart warming! AWESOME organization helping disabled veterans. The great weather is supposed to continue throughout the weekend. We still have open spots for our trip departing Saturday - 10/16/11. Fish Counts ...... Read More
