Gerry Brooks skipper of the Doble takes a look at Salmon fishing and what he is seeing

Gerry Brooks called in to give this report about the fishing aboard the Doble, "The action is still continuing to be great. We hooked 11 Salmon today, all of them shallow, we didn't catch anything less than 50 ft. down. And when they are that shallow they are "Hot Rods".

"We hooked 11 Salmon and put 6 in the boat, lost or broke off a couple more. The krill and the bait are still here, the whales and the fishing are great.

"So I have some openings during the week and for Saturday this coming weekend. If you are interested give me a call at 831-212-1832. Let's go get some of those big Salmon. All the Salmon are big, nothing under 13, 14 lbs."
