Fishing should be fair. Water draw-downs have ceased for the year and levels are slowly rising. The neighboring private access point on the west side of Birch Creek is now part of the Walk-in Access program. With a Walk-in access authorization number, you may walk through the half-mile of private land and enter the reservoir from the gate on the west. Let's show the landowner that sportsmen can be good neighbors. Check out the new DWR video that highlights Birch Creek Reservoir and other fun fall fishing spots in northern Utah.
