The Utah Department of Transportation is planning on closing SR-39 from milepost 37 to 55.5 at midnight on Monday, November 17. After that, you'll only be able to access the reservoir from Woodruff on the Rich County side. Fishing should be fair. Try using large streamers in blonde, olive of silver flash colors. You may also want to try Rapala CountDowns.
