ALBACORE AND ROCKCOD REPORT Velocity passengers fished for Rock cod at Davenport today. They caught limits of assorted Blacks , Browns and four Lingcod . The Princess fished south of the 601 for Albacore .The eleven fisherman caught 100 Albacore ranging from 20 to 35 pounds . About 75 Albacore were caught on bait and the remainder on the troll . They were fishing about 40 miles out of Santa Cruz . They had great weather . We still have room on the Velocity for cod Sunday. . ALBACORE REPORT The Albacore fishing Thursday on the Velocity was good. They had a eight man private Charter, They caught 28 Albacore. Last Sunday on the Princess the 19 fisherman caught 46 Albacore . The largest was 45 pounds .We have trips leaving this Friday night at 11 PM and fishing Saturday, Their is plenty of room still Get your reservations bye calling Stagnaros at 831 427-2334 while the fish are biting and the weather is good .......
