Fishing on the EL BUDSTER Matt Hucer party from Portland, OR catches and releases a 140 lb. STRIPED MARLIN. It was attracted and caught on the live Pacific Mackeral. The figthing time was 40 minutes. They also caught a nice 45 lb. DORADO and four SKIPJACK were released They were caught 16 miles from Cabo The water temp. was 72-73 degrees.
