Good trout at Bridgeport

Bridgeport Lake

by Nor Cal Fish Reports
5-20-2015

Bridgeport had a couple off days this week but overall the fishing was pretty good, the last couple days we had numerous fish come in that were in the 3 to 7 pound range. Trolling is still producing with small rapalas, needlefish and some on blades/crawlers. Bait anglers are doing well, mostly from boats as opposed to the shore, with powerbait, crawlers and mice tails. There's been some decent fly action with streamers, seal buggers, mini leeches, simi seal leeches. The colder weather has seemed to slow down the midge hatches so when the storms clear they should be ready to roll again. (760) 932-7707 www.kenssport.com
