Colorado River - Laughlin - NV

Gene Tafoya mad a super nice catch in the Pala Verde area fishing from shore and using anchovies the larger striper weighed in at 9.42 pounds and was 32 and 3/8 inches the next size down was 4.76 pounds and 25 and 1/4 inches.

In the big bend area Ben Aleman and Chris Vasquez were able to land a few from Bens boat and using anchovies.

One of our local anglers Jeff Lovett landed a couple of stripers just under the 2 pound range using anchovies from shore.

Raul Gonzelez was fishing from shore at our nature center and landed a few stripers. Our local angler was using anchovies and this area is another of our great spots for fishing or just relaxing and enjoying our river.

Roshaun Powns landed a 1.54 pound striper at 16 and 1/2 inches. He was using anchovies fishing from shore in the chaparral area. This size make great fish tacos.
