Aspen Mirror Lake, near Duck Creek Village, is a compact 15-acre lake ideal for easy-access trout fishing. Stocked rainbows average 10–13 inches and bite PowerBait, worms, and small spinners.

Fly anglers do well using ants, midges, or leech patterns, especially along the weed lines. All fishing is from shore; no boats or float tubes are permitted.

The lake is highly accessible, with ADA-friendly trails, picnic tables, and nearby parking. Vault toilets are provided, and the area is popular with families.

Spring and fall offer the best trout action. During summer, morning and evening are more productive due to warm surface temperatures.

Aspen Mirror is a peaceful mountain lake perfect for families, beginner anglers, or anyone wanting a relaxing trout outing in a beautiful alpine setting.
