This fish report is from Pete Hillis, reporting out of Pedro's Pangas, San Quintin, Baja Mexico for the week ending 2/14/08.
We haven't had a huge amount of customers, but the ones that have gone out are finding good limits of large rock cod and ling cod. We have a big group coming into town tomorrow so we should be able to have a better report for you next week.

Before that the weather had been great for fishing.?? Unfortunately we still have not had too many anglers making the trip south.?? If the news from Tijuana is still affecting the tourism, we have been letting our customers know that we use the Tecate crossing all the time with no problems.??...... Read More

We finally got some boats out over the weekend. Weather was also good to us--cold and foggy but the seas were not rough. Most boats tried for yellowtail in the morning with no luck. Loaded up with large rock cod and ling cod and whitefish. Of special note, Bill Wehe brought a group from Lakewood, CA and Long Beach, CA and fished Saturday and Sunday with Captain Hector on the Rommy. They loaded up on...... Read More
