Weather, it has been very variable during the week, last Monday was cold but sunny and calm, during Tuesday it was still cold and very cloudy, Wednesday was calm but little rainy, Thursday, Friday and today has been very windy, weather like this it is very usual at this time of year, hope the weather gets better during the month.

Yellowtail: Their caught couldn't be better as it is right now, no matter how the weather is the anglers are able to do their fishing specially the ones over at the San Nicolas Fishing Camp, and concerning those in the camp we like to mention how good their fishing was during the week, They caught lots of Yellowtail, Sea Bass, Red Snapper, Sierra, Huachinango, Pinto Bass, Tijereta and Trigger Fish, their caught has been very successful because the good spots are nearby to where they camp and even if is windy they are able to go out to do their fishing, their caught were on many different weights as the little ones over 6 pounds and the biggest were less than 30 pounds.

The Pulpito is one of the best spots to do the fishing during the winter and is located only 35 miles away from Loreto; this is number 1 on the sea of Cortes area. We are showing a picture from Mark Higashi from performance tackle store, with a nice dog snapper.

Bait: all of them is available early on the morning, mackerel and caballito two miles away from Loreto, also on the south side of Coronado Island, or you can order it on advance with us, you can buy 10 pieces for 15 usd, 15 for 20 and 20 for 25, but please don't order 30 because you will have to pay 40 usd.
