This fish report is from Pete Hillis reporting out of Pedro's Pangas, San Quintin, Baja Mexico for the weekend ending February 18th, 2007.

People looking for a long weekend could not have asked for a more perfect weekend.?? The weather in San Quintin produced great weather and the San Quintin winds left us alone as well.

Of particular note, we had Al Leburd, Bob Collins, and Jack Hill traveling from Chula Vista.?? They went out on the Rommy with Captain Hector and landed limits of large rock cod, ling cod and white fish.?? They also had a nice haul of four giant squid at 45 lbs.?? As of this report Sunday morning, they were headed out to try their luck on surface action, hoping to find some nice yellowtail.
