The hopper bite is excellent right now—golden and pink water walkers are top producers. Keep an eye on riffles for PMD activity late morning into early afternoon. Nymphing a two-fly rig with a small rubberleg and a #18 tungsten pheasant tail continues to be a reliable way to find fish. Streamers are producing in the low light hours, so have a few darker patterns ready for early mornings.

Henrys Lake: Flows from Island Park Reservoir are now holding steady around 780 CFS
Henrys Fork- Ashton to St Anthony: Hopper fishing remains strong, especially through the mid and lower stretches
Henrys Fork- Box Canyon : Flows coming out of Island Park Reservoir have dropped to approximately 1040 CFS
Henrys Fork- Ashton to St Anthony: Flows near Ashton are currently 1770 CFS
Snake River- South Fork: It’s been a busy and fun season on the South Fork!
Madison River : The biggest hatches are behind us but the Madison is still fishing well
Teton River: The Teton is extremely low right now, to the point where the Slide is not an option
Yellowstone Fish Report: The Firehole, Gibbon, Madison and all associated tributaries are closed in the park due to low flows and warm water temperatures
