They are moving a lot of water out of the Palisades Dam right now and sending it downstream to satisfy irrigation demands and to help fill the American Falls Reservoir. There is still some decent nymph and streamer fishing. I would again recommend a black Rubberlegs, but it can be really effective using a san jaun worm as a dropper. I love using any flashy streamer. Some of my favorites are the Coffey Sparkle Minnow in Sculpin, the Lil' Kim in Olive and copper, and the Inverted Hen Saddle Matuka. It is a lot more work throwing streamers, but the fish you catch on them usually make it worth it.
