One Sailfish Highlights This Cabo Offshore Fishing Adventure Aboard the Charter

On July 17, Russ and Ian joined Blue Sky Cabo Fishing Charters for a private eight-hour sportfishing excursion aboard the 60-foot Bertram Blue Sea.

Their booking originally listed the 32-foot Luhrs Blue Star, but the final charter operated aboard the larger Blue Sea, providing the two guests with an upgraded vessel for their scheduled fishing day.

The confirmed catch was one Sailfish, a remarkable billfish recognized for its tall, sail-like dorsal fin, elongated bill, and exceptional swimming speed.

Sailfish are among the most distinctive species associated with Cabo San Lucas fishing, making them a sought-after target for recreational anglers exploring the waters around Baja California Sur.
