Sailfish and Dorado Highlight This Cabo Offshore Fishing Charter

Katie and Bass joined Captain Jorge aboard the Blue Star for a morning dedicated to Cabo sportfishing. Their six-hour charter produced two different offshore gamefish species, adding variety to the day's confirmed catch record.

The sailfish was the only billfish documented during the outing, accompanied by two dorado. Together, these catches represented three fish across two species.

The charter included a dredge system and drone equipment. Drone footage was documented in the trip's media records, although the available information does not establish whether the drone contributed directly to any particular catch.

Specific fishing techniques, strike locations, and hookup times were not recorded.

The Blue Star's Cabo Fishing Results from a Six-Hour Private Charter

Sailfish and dorado are two notable species associated with Cabo San Lucas fishing, offering anglers opportunities to encounter different types of offshore gamefish.

For Katie and Bass, the July 23 outing delivered a mixed-species result aboard the 32-foot Luhrs Blue Star.

The final record confirms one sailfish and two dorado. No individual fish weights, release details, or precise offshore fishing grounds were documented.

This charter contributes another verified mixed-species catch to Blue Sky Cabo's July 2025 fishing reports, demonstrating the variety of species recorded during private Cabo fishing excursions.
