A Family Afternoon Features Skipjack During This Cabo Fishing Charter

Sergio's family fishing outing was scheduled aboard the 43-foot Riviera Blue Sky on December 22, providing an opportunity to experience Cabo San Lucas sportfishing during the afternoon.

The reservation covered a three-hour period, beginning at 1:00 PM and concluding at 4:00 PM.

The confirmed catch consisted of one skipjack, a member of the tuna family recognized for its streamlined body and distinctive dark stripes along the lower sides.

Skipjack are fast-swimming pelagic fish found in tropical and subtropical oceans, including the eastern Pacific waters around the Baja California Peninsula.

This charter's recorded result focused exclusively on skipjack, with no additional species included in the catch summary.

One Skipjack Adds to the Cabo December Fishing Records for This Charter

The December 22 outing contributes a species-specific entry to historical Cabo fishing reports.

While marlin and dorado frequently receive attention in Cabo sportfishing, skipjack catches also document the variety of tuna-family species encountered during offshore fishing trips.

The scheduled afternoon reservation distinguishes this outing from longer morning fishing charters, while the confirmed result remains limited to one skipjack.

The available fishing information does not identify the fish's weight, exact fishing grounds, capture technique, or release outcome.

With the 43-foot Riviera Blue Sky assigned to Sergio's family outing, the December 22 record documents one skipjack during a scheduled three-hour charter.

This result contributes another individual catch to Cabo San Lucas fishing history during December 2024.
