The flow in the river is currently 112 cfs. Prince nymphs, WD-40's, flasback pheasant tails, sparkle caddis pupa, stimulators and e/c caddis. The drop in water flow has made for tougher fishing.

Convict Lake is fishing well this week with several 4 lb catches coming and should get even better for the weekend. We're expecting a chance of thunderstorms over the next few days. Water temps are warm, so the fish are gathering in the lower colder depths. Use 4-6 lb. test line and attach a 5-6 foot leader from a fillable bubble and swivel barrel for best results.
