Golden Gate Fishermen’s Association,

We are pleased to announce that the Golden Gate Fisherman’s Association (GGFA) is now an affiliate of the SAC Organization. This creates a single voice in many important arenas for our California Commercial Passenger Fishing Vessel (CPFV) community. SAC and GGFA have been working closely together on state and federal matters for years. This action makes it official.

Founded in 1948, GGFA represents members from the California-Oregon border to Monterey. SAC, established in 1972, includes members from Santa Barbara to San Diego. With GGFA now under the SAC umbrella, membership spans throughout the California coast—creating a truly statewide network.
