Captain Temo Verboonen reported slow and difficult fishing this week for most of the boats, with lots of greenish and off-colored water extending out to 26 miles and beyond. He reported only a couple of smaller marlin for the week and "very lazy sailfish" that for the most part, just wouldn't bite at all. While there were lots of bonito all over, the roosterfish and jack cravelle completely vanished from the area. Overall, he said it was a very difficult fishing week for both, the anglers and the crews.

IZ Climate: Partly cloudy days, temps from 69 nights to 91 daytime highs.

Sea Conditions: Generally, a calm week with light tropical surface winds, temps at about 80 degrees all over and mostly green, off- colored waters.
